SMT - CW300 Induction Motor Winding Machine for Washing Machine / Fan / Pump

This machine gang controls the main shaft and stator indexing shaft through PLC control system assembly. It conducts the insulation paper’s cutting, forming and inserting into the stator slots to all kinds of motor stators, to isolate the stator slots against motor windings. The machine has the advantages of slot insulation paper precise , stable forming, high production efficiency, low cost, easy and reliable use and maintenance. It is suitable for small and medium-sized three phase motor, gasoline generator,etc. Inserting insulation paper automatically from bottom of stator slot;automatic paper feeding, edge folding and forming;characterized by low noise,fast speed,excellent forming,etc.

Description:

This Stator Slot Paper Inserting Machine adpots a horizontal structure. It is made special for big size, long stack length, big power motors. All the paper inserting process is automatically done by machine, such as inserting insulation paper automatically from bottom of stator slot; automatic paper feeding, edge folding and forming. All the related information can be set in the touch screen, like slot number, inserting type and so on. This paper inserting machine is characterized by low noise, fast speed, and excellent forming. it is convenient and easy for different slot number stator production and changing tooling.

It is a special design specific to different design or different sizes of slot; can finish insulation paper insertion at a time; automatic adjustment to perimeter, automatic cutting paper, automatic hemming and automatic inserting when inserting to various or different-sized slot; use servo paper inserting machine to feed paper and settle breadth; interpersonal interface sets required specific parameter; forming mould is adjustable to different sizes of slot automatically; characterized by simple operation, low noise, fast speed and high automaticity.
The equipment adopts programmable terminal, also called touched screen, that can set and display necessary information, it is easy to operate and reliable.
