With single winding head and double stations, the machine can wind coils automatically directly and orderly into transfer cup. The motion is controlled by six servo motors so the precision is high. It is especially suitable for the coil inserting of stator with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width.

Machine "Vertical White Automatic Winding Machine for Pump Motor / Induction Motor Stator Production" is used for winding electric wires to several coils automatically and into transfer cup orderly.

It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like hooking & cutting wire, turntable rotation and transfer cup indexing, etc. So it also has higher qualification rate.

Operators need to stand when working.
