Machine "Automatic Inserting Machine for Electric Motors Winding Inserting" is used for inserting electric coils and wedge insulation to stator slots automatically at one time. After finish coils winding in winding machine, the coils will be in transfer cup orderly. Operators just put the transfer cup with coils into the inserting tooling and start the inserting machine, which will form, cut and insert wedge paper together with coils automatically.

Operators need to stand when operating.

3. Winding and wedge inserting is driven by servo motors;

4. Wedge feeding is driven by stepper motor;

6. The speed and feeding mode is acquirable according to different slot filling rates and different kinds of wire;

7. Different sizes stator production can be done by changing tooling;

8. Especially apply to micro induction motor such as air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator and pump motor.
