Full-auto Stator Coil Winding Machine for Normal Washing Machine Motor SMT-QLR70

Equipped with four winding heads and eight working stations with turntable. It can wind coils directly and orderly into transfer cup, which is controlled by six servo motors. If using vertical coil winding machines to wind coils, It will be convenient for inserting the coils of stators with high slot fill factor and small slot opening width. So it can save labor effecitvely.

Machine "Full-auto Stator Coil Winding Machine for Normal Washing Machine Motor" is used for winding electric wires to several coils automatically and putting coils into transfer cup orderly.
It adopts six servo motors to control the motion, like high-speed mold dipping, turntable rotating and transfer cup indexing, etc. It can achieve higher qualification rate and also has high out-put.
Operators need to stand when operating.
