1. It is in 4 working station in rotary plate. .
2. Mechanical arms takes and puts self- rivet rotor core in the loading station,and then operator injects liquid aluminum in the casting station , which has smoke-sucking sysytem ,auto releasing agent spraying system and cooling system ,aluminum scraps come back to the aluminum melt oven.
3. It owns the merit of saving labor cost , high effiency and low tooling cost etc.

The equipment adopts programmable terminal, also called touched screen, that can set and display necessary information, it is easy to operate and reliable.

Electric engines of generators, electric engines of washing machine, air conditioning, water pump, compressors, electric engines of fan, also applicable to copper wires, aluminum wires and some special wires, Fan motors, washing machine motor, and all kinds of small motor, square, circular, multi-layer coil winding .

This stator production line includes several machines, such as paper inserting machine, coil winding machine, coil winding inserting machine, lacing machine, and forming machine. Each machine in this stator production line is stand-alone, meanwhile, it can also be connected with conveyor.
